WATER AND SEWER REPORTS OF ALL BUILDINGS – NYC WATER BOARD

The report includes water usage and billing details per store or building as recorded by the super. Each entry begins with the store or building name, followed by the corresponding meter assigned by the super. The billing period is defined by the “From Date” and “To Date,” during which the total water usage volume is recorded in HCF (hundred cubic feet). This volume is then converted into gallons using the multiplier 748, and the rate applied is $0.01686 per gallon.
The individual bill amount is calculated based on usage, and the total amount due across all meters is recorded directly from the water bill. A comparative analysis is included by calculating the percentage over or under average usage, where the average is derived by dividing the previous year’s usage by four and comparing it to any three-month period within the report.
The report also notes the invoice date and the actual payment date, as reflected in our bank statement. Corresponding payment amounts are recorded along with the account name from which the payment was made. A direct copy-paste of the Chase bank transaction description is included for reference.
Finally, the report identifies whether the bill for each store or building (as per the super) and its corresponding meter was billed to the tenant — indicated by a “Yes” or “No” status
